Job Title: Manager of Global Commercial Communications
The Manager of Global Commercial Communications will play a critical role in supporting our commercial operations goals and enhancing our reputation as a leader in the animal health industry.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, execute, and maintain executive leadership communications plans for Global Chief Commercial Officer and other leaders as needed.
* Manage editorial calendar/planning for executive leadership and commercial communications.
* Support the Director, Head of International Leadership Communications with content development for executive leadership communications.
* Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align messaging, cascade commercial program and initiatives, drive engagement, and ensure consistent communication aligned with corporate priorities.
* Create compelling content for internal and external audiences, including press releases, presentations, newsletters, and digital assets.
Key Qualifications:
* BA/BS in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or similar field.
* 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years writing experience in corporate communications or social media.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
* Expertise in digital communications tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.
* Proficient in measuring, analyzing, and reporting media performance.
Technical Skills Requirements:
* Animal health (petcare or animal agriculture) or pharmaceutical experience a plus.
* Five years of professional experience and demonstrated skills in developing, managing, and delivering internal and external brand communication strategies.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
* Ability to synthesize complex and technical information and convert it into clear and concise messages that customers can understand.
Physical Position Requirements:
The role will be based in International Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, with flexible working policy. Given the demands of the role, hours may require some flexibility to meet work demands in line with local rules and regulations.
