Cpl HR recruitment have a broad scoped HR Business Partner opportunity with a successful Global Pharmaceutical for a temporary contract. Supporting one of the business sites, you will support the business with areas such as policies and procedures, offering best employee relations advice, supporting with end of year processes whilst being involved in the organisations social programme. This role will report into the HR Director.
Role and responsibilities will include:
1. Work collaboratively with various HR teams
2. Support in some global initiatives
3. Manage the admin and input of various IT systems
4. Drive performance to support a high performing organisation
Skills and experience required:
5. Degree in HR, CIPD qualification would be an advantage
6. Progressive HR experience with Irish exposure
7. Previous HRBP experience would be desirable
8. TA knowledge
9. Strong stakeholder management will be key
