We are seeking a talented Procurement Coordinator.
The Procurement Co-Ordinator will support the Thérapie Procurement team in ensuring the efficient planning, purchasing and delivery of stock across all clinic locations.
This role involves working closely with clinic teams, head office stakeholders, and external suppliers to optimise stock availability.
The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication skills are essential for effectively identifying issues, proposing solutions, and partnering with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.

3# Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and process owner for assigned procurement activities.
Execute core procurement processes, including cycle counts, stock usage reviews, and order placement.
Generate and present reports on Procurement KPIs and business performance.
Oversee key aspects of the procurement and stock lifecycle in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Ensure correct configuration and optimization of the SAP ByD System and Lotus app to support procurement processes.
Communicate procurement calendar updates to suppliers, internal teams, and clinic locations to maintain operational alignment.
Partner with Operations and suppliers to drive improvements in quality, delivery timelines, and procurement efficiency.
4# Qualifications and Skills Experience in Thérapie Clinic operations and stock management OR a relevant procurement qualification.
Background in stock management and procurement in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in SAP (preferred but not required).
Strong Excel skills (ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively) Highly organised team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of operational challenges.
Problem-solver with an innovative approach to improving procurement processes.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
