I’ve partnered with a leading professional services firm to assist with recruiting for a Graduate Talent Manager. This role is responsible for managing the firm’s grad recruitment processes and promoting the brand within universities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role within professional/corporate services.
Responsibilities
* Enhance and promote our employer brand and profile in the grad talent market early talent market
* Develop and maintain connections with all channels relating to students, universities
* Manage internal and external recruitment and campus events
* Drive diversity on our early talent programme
* Oversee the firms social media platforms ensuring engaging and creative content
* Manage a class of trainees
* Oversee on-boarding and induction of new joiners onto the programmes
Requirements
* 3-5 years’ experience in professional services graduate talent
* programmes;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* You thrive in a fast paced diverse environment
* Comfortable presenting to large groups of students
* Proactive and always looking for ways to improve the service offering
