I've partnered with a leading professional services firm to assist with recruiting for a Graduate Talent Manager.
This role is responsible for managing the firm's grad recruitment processes and promoting the brand within universities.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role within professional/corporate services.
ResponsibilitiesEnhance and promote our employer brand and profile in the grad talent market early talent marketDevelop and maintain connections with all channels relating to students, universitiesManage internal and external recruitment and campus eventsDrive diversity on our early talent programmeOversee the firms social media platforms ensuring engaging and creative contentManage a class of traineesOversee on-boarding and induction of new joiners onto the programmesRequirements3-5 years' experience in professional services graduate talentprogrammes;Strong communication and interpersonal skillsYou thrive in a fast paced diverse environmentComfortable presenting to large groups of studentsProactive and always looking for ways to improve the service offeringDue to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
