The Leonardo Hotel Group are a leading hotel company with 57 hotels across the UK and Ireland and 250+ hotels worldwide. The UK and Ireland Marketing team based in Dublin, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
The portfolio includes a diverse range of hotels including the Grand Hotel in Brighton, The Dilly on Londons Piccadilly and 36 Leonardo Hotels in cities such as Dublin, Edinburgh, London to name a few.
We are recruiting for a Website Process and Content Executive will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and the European digital team and will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving direct web revenue.
The ideal candidate should be a website content professional with excellent organizational skills, and experience supporting diverse teams and platforms. Experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with HQ and hotel teams to maintain updated website content.
Act as the primary contact for developers on site updates and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with digital agencies on SEO and content strategies.
Oversee content on online travel platforms.
Generate performance reports on key website metrics.
Assist Marketing and Sales teams with system improvements.
Support marketing campaigns and new web content initiatives.
Test and review new website functionalities.
Manage purchase orders for digital services.
Design and implement email marketing to boost engagement.
Requirements
3+ years of website, systems and SEO experience, demonstrated experience in a digital role, ideally within hospitality, with a solid grasp of digital marketing best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports, presentations, and data analysis.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS). Practical experience managing and updating website content through a CMS.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and deliver quality work.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and SEO. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to analyze and act on website traffic data for optimization.
