Job Summary: Provide borrower management services across a portfolio of commercial loans, managing accounts within agreed mandates and seeking resolutions via work streams such as refinancing, restructuring, or sale of secured assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with borrowers, assess financial information, develop strategies, and negotiate deals.
* Implement strategies to maximize financial return for clients.
* Manage daily account actions within set mandates.
* Ensure correspondence is issued to customers in line with mandates.
* Monitor account performance and collect repayments.
* Complete ad-hoc reporting requests accurately and within timeframe.
* Provide efficient service to internal clients and borrowers.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Progression of accounts along a set pipeline.
* Cash collections and settlements.
* Relevance, accuracy, and timeliness of reports.
* Call quality audits.
* Customer feedback.
Requirements:
* Accredited Product Advisor (APA) with commitment to completing QFA.
* Third-level business degree or similar qualification.
* Operations experience in a financial services environment.
* Previous collections and/or restructuring experience.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload.
