Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
* Financial Management of the OMC Management Companies.
* Monthly/quarterly client reporting.
* Reviewing and preparing bank reconciliations.
* Preparing and posting monthly accruals.
* Preparing and reviewing monthly budget v actual variance reports.
* Ensuring the accuracy of service charge billings.
* Accounts payable.
* Assisting property managers with the preparation of annual service charge budgets.
* Sinking Fund reconciliations.
* Preparing audit files for Owners Management Companies on FRS2 basis and liaising with auditors.
* Liaising with property managers, clients, tenants, auditors etc.
* Company Secretarial Duties.
* Reporting to Head of the department.
Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
* Full time qualified or part qualified accountant with 3-5 years’ experience required.
* Previous experience working in Residential/Commercial Property Accounts desirable.
* Strong excel skills and knowledge of Blockman advantageous.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection.
