Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate closely with our Assurance team on large-scale transformation programs and projects.
* Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs, priorities, and challenges.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality work products that exceed client expectations and adhere to the highest professional standards.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of specialization, leveraging your knowledge to develop innovative solutions and shape service offerings.
* Business Development: Lead presentations and proposals for medium to high-complexity projects, and contribute subject matter expertise to bids and proposals in relevant areas.
Internal Responsibilities:
* Contribute to client account management activities, including project team recruitment, financial management of client engagements, and quality and risk management.
* Lead and support the development of presentations and proposals for elements of medium to high-complexity projects for both prospective and existing clients.
* Communicate effectively with senior management and actively work to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
* Support team development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing activities.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Minimum Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in project risk management, program delivery, or recovery for the delivery of technology projects within consulting, industry, or the public sector.
* Demonstrated experience in Program Assurance (project health checks).
* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects.
* Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships.
* Strong understanding of project governance and change management principles.
Advantageous Criteria:
* Additional professional qualifications in project or program management, such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or ACP.
* Experience in Project Assurance, Portfolio Management, PMO, benchmarking, and Best Practices.
