We’re hiring for a Personal Lines Account Handler
We’re NFP, an Aon Company, and we provide services and solutions to support businesses and people. We have capabilities that extend around the globe, including here in the UK, Ireland, EMEA, APAC and North America. It’s a time of rapid growth for the European arm of the business, so we are looking for someone to work in all sections of Personal Lines including new business quotations, issuing of renewals and performing mid-term adjustments.
We are recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Handler to work in all sections of Personal Lines including new business quotations, issuing of renewals and performing mid-term adjustments, while providing great customer service in a professional manner via a variety of channels.
Overview of duties
* Work in all sections of Personal Lines, including new business quotations, issuing of renewals, and performing mid-term adjustments.
* Provide professional customer service to clients via telephone or email.
* Deal with client queries mid-term.
* Negotiate terms with underwriters.
* Ensure compliance standards are met, including ensuring all details are available on the Applied Relay System.
* Maintain good relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
* Build effective relationships with underwriters.
Person specification
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education and experience:
* Experience working in an insurance broker/company.
* Exposure to personal lines.
* Applied Relay experience.
