Our client based in Dublin 1 is seeking a Facilities Assistant/Caretaker to join their company on a permanent basis. The role is a part-time position and is based on-site, with hours from 7am – 12pm, Monday – Friday.
Salary – €19,500 - €29,500 pro rata / €34,000 - €44,000 full-time equivalent
Hours – 7am – 12pm daily (25 hours per week)
Annual leave – 31 days

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Fire and security management
* Key Holder
* Office requisites – purchase ordering and stock control
* Furniture and fittings – purchase ordering
* Car parks – whitelists management
* Liaise with Facilities Manager and team on general maintenance issues
* Health & Safety
* Gardens maintenance – liaise with Gardener
* Opening and closing of premises daily
* Moving and parking cars
* Collection of rubbish and recycling materials
* Organising collection of recycling bins
* Organising replenishment of water bottles
* Post – collection and delivery
* Booking meeting rooms
* Ordering lunches
* Booking taxis and couriers
* Redistribution of publication deliveries
* Welcome packs for new staff members
* Front of house greeter
* Management of equipment for internal and external meetings
