Role Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be at the forefront of attracting and securing top talent to drive our growth in Ireland and the UK. You'll partner with hiring managers, refine recruitment processes, and implement strategic initiatives to build a skilled workforce.
Main Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize data to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
2. Partnering with Stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on recruitment trends and workforce planning.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to ensure access to the best talent pools.
3. Crafting Compelling Job Descriptions
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop accurate and engaging job descriptions that align with company goals.
- Ensure all job descriptions are up to date and reflective of industry standards.
4. Compensation & Offer Management
- Leverage market insights to create competitive offer packages.
- Align recruitment practices with broader compensation strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
5. Training & Development
- Train hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate engagement.
- Organize and deliver onboarding sessions to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
6. Industry Expertise
- Apply knowledge of the telecoms and renewable energy sectors to identify niche skills and emerging talent trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments to ensure recruitment practices remain competitive and relevant.
Your Skills

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Telecoms or renewable energy recruitment experience is highly desirable.
* Expertise in creating and managing job descriptions and offer packages.
