As the Receptionist you will deliver a First-Class Front of House services to our clients and colleagues. Welcoming visitors and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.Core Responsibilities:Ensure all visitors and colleagues are signed in as specified by the Property proceduresEnsure that clients are escorted to their hosts in a timely mannerTo book meeting rooms, whether the enquiry is via phone, email or in personThe Front of House area is maintained to an excellent standard reporting any failures on the Help desk system.To Liaise with the onsite catering team to ensure everything is booked as requestedEnsure the rooms are adequately stocked with Pens/Pencils/Papers.Communicate any key visitors or events to the Facilities ManagerAssist with preparation of meeting rooms for Meetings and Events, ensuring all catering and refreshments are in the relevant room on timeEnsure Meeting Rooms are left tidy and clean for next meetingAchieve the highest standards of quality, service and presentation of the business. Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accuratelyHelp create a one team culture sharing best practice and attending regular 10 at 10 meetings.Understand and strictly adhere to Cushman & Wakefield and client procedures and protocols of the building with regards Health & Safety, Security measuresIntegrate with the other members of the work place teamUndertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the businessDaily floor walks to ensuring all facilities are working properly, such as lighting and cleanliness and IT and reporting to the relevant helpdeskKnowledge:Solid educational backgroundCustomer service background essentialIT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.Skills and Experience:Be able to perform in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a customer facing environment would be essentialExcellent communicator at all levels.Polite and confident telephone manner.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.IT literate – be able to use booking systemsINCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
