As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller (FC) to join the team. The Financial Controller will be instrumental in managing the organisation's day-to-day financial operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, drive efficiency in financial processes, and provide actionable insights to support the Group's strategic goals.Responsibilities:Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly and YTD reporting inclusive of management accounts through to consolidated Board reporting.Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, providing commercial insights that support strategic decision making and business growth.Monitor financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making. Develop and implement financial controls, ensuring robust processes are in place to safeguard the Group’s assets.Challenge and refine existing business processes with a view to creating efficiency and leverage automation.Lead the statutory audit process and ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering data driven recommendations to the CFO and senior management.Partner with operational teams to provide financial analysis on projects, investments, and market opportunities, ensuring commercial viability and maximising ROI.Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency through automation and professional growth.Work closely with the CFO to deliver on strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term financial planning that align with business goals.
