We're expanding our DACH sales team based in Dublin, Ireland, and we're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic German-speaking business development representative to join us.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' businesses and help them achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new customer leads and opportunities in your market/territory through a mix of email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools.
You will create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts.
You will continue to build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge.
You will work with mentors to set goals for yourself and gain consideration for promotion.
Your Profile/Skillset:
We're looking for someone with:
* Proficiency in English and German
* Strong communication skills, including phone and written communication, as well as active listening
* Coachability and a team player mentality
* An eye for detail, a curious nature, and strong planning skills
* A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
