To increase distribution, raise awareness, and heighten the profile of the client’s brands within a given territory, by achieving Client key result areas and targets.
This will be achieved through stock and order, pre-sells, auditing, and merchandising, thereby increasing product availability, promotional compliance, and point of sale accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Recognise objectives and tailor activity in-store to achieve these objectives.
* Develop a plan to achieve Client targets and KPIs.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs through planning and strategy.
* Increase distribution and availability within store by implementing national and locally agreed planograms and promotions.
* Record data and submit daily in an accurate and timely manner.
* Communicate effectively both in-store and with colleagues.
* Always present a professional appearance and attitude.
* Manage the territory, call file, and journey plan efficiently.
* Provide feedback on competitor information.
* Generate new ideas and ways of working.
* Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
* Be flexible and adaptable to meet the client’s needs.
Requirements:
* Full clean driving licence.
* A good understanding of the grocery market and a keen interest in consumer activities.
* Problem-solving capabilities are a must; the ability to adapt and refocus when faced with challenges.
* An ability to build rapport and trust with clients and customers.
* Excellent communication skills with a particular emphasis on listening skills.
* Proactive approach to work situations and the ability to demonstrate initiative.
* Computer literacy – competent in word processing, spreadsheet applications, and the Internet.
* Attention to detail in all areas of their work.
* A team player who is comfortable cross-sharing within the team.

* Base salary - €27,000.
* Quarterly commission bonus - 10%.
