Role Overview
We currently have an opening for a Cleaner to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. Reporting into the Office Manager, the role consists of cleaning all communal and office areas across both floors of our Dundrum Headquarters.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Clean all windows, doors and sills
2. Hoover carpets throughout
3. Dust & clean all soft furnishings
4. Empty office, WC and kitchen bins
5. Wipe and dust desks and IT Equipment
6. Clean all Washroom facilities including WC's, sinks, tiles etc
7. Mop all hard floors in kitchen and WC's
8. Monitor and replenish soap dispensers, hand towels, toilet rolls etc
9. Ensure Meeting Rooms & Reception areas are clean and presentable at all times
10. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
11. Ad hoc duties
Requirements And Skills
1. Previous cleaning experience - particularly within a commercial environment would be advantageous
2. Due to business needs, successful applicants MUST be able to organise their own cover for absence including sick leave and annual leave
