Surgical Territory Account Manager for Urology & Gynaecology Division

Job Summary
The Surgical Territory Account Manager will achieve sales and market share objectives by promoting a range of Surgical Devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the Dublin/Leinster Territory and sometimes outside of territory.
Main Responsibilities
* Nurture existing customer relationships, supporting their clinical requirements.
* Grow and manage clinical relationships on territory.
* Promote the company's range of products and solutions in-theatre.
* Achieve pre-agreed targets and market share in both a Key Account Management and New Business Sales Environment.
Requirements
* At least 3 - 5 years experience in surgical devices sales bringing positive pre-existing surgeon relationships (preferably within urology & gynaecology surgical devices).
* Third level qualification (minimum: NFQ Level 8, Honours Bachelor Degree).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; displaying initiative, dependability and a high level of motivation.
* Highly credible with strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective, collaborative relationships.
About the Role
The role involves reporting to Uro/Gynae Division Director for Dublin/Leinster and requires some travel to existing accounts across ROI. The successful candidate will undergo 12 weeks in-hospital observational training as part of onboarding.
