Job Description
A Food and Beverage Manager is required to oversee the operations of a hotel's restaurant, lounge, and conference & banqueting facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all Food and Beverage aspects within the property.
* Lead a team of managers, supervisors, and up to 35 staff.
* E nsure guests' comfort and satisfaction are cared for.
Requirements:
* 2-3 Years experience in full management of Food and Beverage operations in a 4/5* hotel.
* Set service standards for daily operations.
* Manage a busy restaurant and bar, including team management and rostering.
* Experience with stock control, ordering, and deliveries.
* Collaborate with colleagues and other departments for excellent service.
* Train and up-skill the team in service and standards.
* Professional presentation, polite manner, and attention to detail.
* Excellent Communication, Organisation, and Time Management skills.
