Security Systems Engineer – Fire or Security | Dublin | Full Time | €50,000 Per Annum Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive security solutions for residential and commercial clients in the Dublin area.

They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Fire, CCTV and Security Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team.
This position is suitable for someone with proven experience in either fire or security systems, or both, and a strong desire to expand their expertise in these areas.
Are you the right person for the job?
Minimum of 4 – 5 years' proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining electronic fire and security systems.
Traceable work history in the industry.
In-depth knowledge of electronic security and fire technology.
Proficiency with leading fire products and platforms (e.g., Advanced, Morley, Ziton, Aritech, CTEC, Hochiki, Apollo).
Proficiency with leading security products and platforms (e.g., Aritech, HKC, RISCO, GE, Dahua, Hikvision, Paxton, ACT).
Understanding of networking principles and system integration.
Experience with gate automation systems (advantageous).
Full clean driving license.
Up-to-date Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications (preferable).
What will your role look like?
Conduct detailed site surveys to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Network CCTV systems and ensure seamless integration with IT networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).
Set up remote access to CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed systems, providing exceptional technical support.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry standards to recommend innovative solutions.
Provide end-user training to ensure clients can effectively operate their systems.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily targets and meet customer SLAs/KPIs.
Participate in the on-call rota to provide emergency support as required.
Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Design, Install, Commission, Maintain, and Repair the following: Intruder alarm systems (wired & wireless) Fire detection and alarm systems (conventional & addressable) CCTV systems (analogue & IP, wired & wireless) Access control systems (analogue & IP, wired & wireless) Gate automation & emergency lighting systems (advantageous) What can you expect in return?
