About Your New Job:
Position:
Sales Administrator Location:
Onsite, Dublin 22 Salary: €35,000 plus performance-related commission
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining margin.
Process sales orders quickly and efficiently.
Manage all new leads through our Inbound process.
Provide excellent customer service and upsell where possible.
Resolve customer complaints/refunds in a timely manner.
What Skills You Need:
Minimum of 1-2 years working in a sales environment.
Previous tele-sales, sales administration, and CRM experience.
Proven track record of hitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Interest in the gym, sport, and leisure industry (advantageous).
