Summary:
A key role in the preparation and execution of our menu offerings, overseeing a specific kitchen section to ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
About the Role:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
* Preparing meat and fish.
* Assisting with health and safety management.
* Assisting with food hygiene practices.
* Managing and training Commis Chefs.
* Monitoring portion and waste control.
* Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role at a high-quality catering operation.
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking.
* Current Food Hygiene Certificate.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
