Night Support Workers
We are seeking passionate individuals to support young people as they transition into adulthood and learn to live independently.
MACS provides 24/7 supported housing for young people leaving care, or who may be homeless, aged between 16 and 21. Our aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment that enables young people to develop the skills and confidence needed to maintain their own homes.
About the Role
* Support Workers will provide an accessible point of contact at night and weekends to promote the protection and safeguarding of young people living at MACS.
* Key responsibilities include building relationships with young people, providing guidance and support, and helping them to develop essential life skills.
Requirements
* Six months experience (paid or voluntary) of supporting people in a caring role.
* A full current driving license with access to a car, insured for business use.
What We Offer
* A competitive salary: £23,715- £25,114 per annum.
