This new and exciting opportunity within our Fresh Food Manufacturing business will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members throughout our organisation.

Job Title: Trainer Department: Human Resources Reports To: Head of Human Resources Responsible For: No direct reports Salary: Competitive depending on experience Working Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday The Role: PEOPLE Work collaboratively with all departments within Gilfresh Produce to identify, plan and carry out training requirements of all employees and others who may be affected by our work activities.
Contribute to creating and building a high performing working environment and in particular: Ensure that the Gilfresh Values are applied without exception.
Represent the Gilfresh brand in all colleague, customer, partner and supplier interactions.
Effective and transparent communication, where colleagues are well informed, accountable, feel free to challenge and express ideas for improvement.
Encourage and coach colleagues to reach their full potential.
Escalate to management issues you are unable to resolve yourself in a timely manner, ensuring they are followed up with corrective actions.
PLANET Design, develop and deliver engaging high-quality training programmes for internal teams, with particular focus on production development & SOPs, Health & Safety and Technical compliance.
Facilitate interactive and impactful training workshops and learning methods to ensure knowledge retention, engagement and competence.
Adapt facilitation style to suit different audiences, learning styles and business needs.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring when required.
Develop and deliver programmes to ensure legislative compliance is met within the Company for our industry.
Utilise company software to create, manage and deliver training content Maintain accurate training records ensuring compliance and tracking of employee progress.
PROSPERITY Lead activities to promote a positive training and development culture throughout the organisation by: Assessing the skills & training needs of all employees through working closely with all department heads and relevant stakeholders.
Measure the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements as required.
Ensure training programmes align with business goals and improve overall performance Continually develop and refine training programmes to meet evolving business needs.
Celebrate Training success through events and recognition programmes.
