Title and Summary
Product Analyst - Incident and Regulatory Reporting
Overview:
Mastercard is a global technology company, and the Technology team is central to building and delivering our products, services, and technology to our customers. Mastercard Technology is responsible for a broad set of technology capabilities including Global Market Technology, Corporate Security, and Payment Networks. The Technology Europe team is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support the regional regulatory requirements. This role sits within the Global Market Technology team.
Responsibilities:
1. Acting as the central point for assessing incident alerts
2. Understanding regulatory reporting requirements for the region
3. Supporting improvement activities related to customer-impacting incidents
4. Creating metrics in support of regulatory reporting
5. Working and partnering extensively with other internal teams (e.g., Business Operations and Regulatory Affairs) and supporting key stakeholders
6. Actioning tasks associated with increasing operational resilience for customers
7. Being part of a dynamic and motivated team, highly dedicated to service excellence and meeting deadlines
Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills
3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
4. Be a team player, always looking for potential solutions to solve problems
5. Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships
6. Have an interest in payments and technology
7. Proactive self-starter comfortable with remote management
