Design Build Search is seeking a Site Manager for an upcoming commercial project based in Drogheda, Co. Louth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expert team with 70 years of experience in the Irish market.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the site labour force and specialist subcontractors on a daily basis.
* Work closely with the Project team to monitor progress and meet programme targets.
* Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards.
* Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
* Negotiate and maintain positive relationships with supply chain and subcontractors.
Requirements
* 8-10 years of Site Management experience with a Main Contractor.
* Previous experience working on large-scale projects such as Data Centres/Mission Critical, Pharma, etc.
* Third-level qualification or Trades background.
* Conservation projects experience.
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Strong delegation and organisational skills.
* Excellent ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
