Your new role
As the Head of Engine Repair Services, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Service Management (CSM) team in an international environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing subordinate employees, and coordinating personnel measures with the HR department.
* Managing cross-site operations for Mobile Engine Services events, including account management for individual customers and handling customer inquiries and contract conclusions.
* Optimizing performance parameters (costs, quality, turnaround times) and ensuring the commercial success of engine events.
* Overseeing cost calculations for engine repair events and managing invoice processes.
* Steering workload at the Dublin Repair Station through product request selection and coordination with Product Sales, customers, and other MES Repair Stations.
* Ensuring quality assurance and optimization of the entire Mobile Engine Services event process.
* Optimizing interfaces with service providers and participating in or leading special projects.
What you'll need to succeed
* A degree in engineering or business administration from a university or university of applied sciences - technical understanding of engine services is a huge advantage here.
* 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of economics and business administration.
* Technical understanding and interest in engine maintenance and repair.
* Fluency in English; German is desirable.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
* Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and persuasiveness.
* High level of service readiness and client orientation.
* Confident and skillful appearance and contact behavior.
* Strong conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to lead, guide, and motivate employees.
