***Public Sector*** I'm currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer to join a very busy team in Dundalk This is a Temporary, contract role, with immediate start.
Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to the existing team members Support office by answering queries and telephone service Ensure all records are tracked, inputted, and always maintained (paper copy/computerised) Bringing patients into Treatment Rooms for consultation Responsible for managing sensitive data / GDPR Dairy management including typing up correspondence, organise patient assignments and relevant paperwork, assist in preparation of reports.
Provide clerical support, including giving documentation and instructional materials Identify potential issues/problems and report them to Line Manager Monday to Friday 35 hours per week Skills and Experience: Previous clerical or administrative experience is desirable Experience in a patient setting is desirable but not essential Flexible, adaptable, and well able to work on own initiative Team player Excellent attention to detail Proficient with IT and Microsoft Office including Excel Good customer service skills, pleasant and approachable To apply, please upload your CV to the link provided below.
