We are building a unique team of SDRs who will support our international sales strategy, working as a high performing team that will excel at researching leads, forming relationships and providing our ISRs and AEs quality opportunities to engage with.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Prospecting and qualifying new leads in the SMB and Mid- Market segments
2. Qualify warm, inbound leads generated by product evaluation requests, prospects who have downloaded trial versions of SolarWinds’ products, and/or existing customers who have additional IT product needs
3. Utilize internal resources such as GTM Playbooks and ICPs to connect and hold meaningful engagement with prospects
4. Carry out impactful discovery conversations with prospects to gain an understanding of their business needs
5. Speak to product specific features that connect to a prospects interest and priorities
6. Utilize strong product knowledge and technical acumen to conduct effective, high-level demos before bringing in Sales Engineers, connecting prospects’ business objectives to specific SolarWinds solutions
7. Highlight marketing collateral, relevant white papers, and use cases with prospects to generate interest and mobilize prospect to attend follow-up call
8. Coordinate and calendar introductory meetings/calls between prospects and AMs after qualifying a lead
9. Have a relentless focus on targets and meet sales targets a minimum while all the time looking to how you will exceed sales goals
10. Demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and delivering outstanding customer service each and every day
11. Communicating with all levels of the organisation.
Requirements and qualifications
12. Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role
13. Tenacity, resourcefulness and resilience
14. Proven written and verbal communication skills.
15. Ability to meet customers’ needs and align an appropriate solution to meet that need
16. Excellent time management/organizational skills
17. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
18. Be a self-starter
19. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
20. Fluency in English.
Preferred
21. Experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving sales quotas
22. Experience using Outreach and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and 6th Sense
23. Familiarity working with both a direct and channel focused Go To Market Strategy
24. Use of SalesForce or a similar CRM system
