Your Role: This is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed team where you will truly make a difference to the growth of SolarWinds.
We are building a unique team of SDRs who will support our international sales strategy, working as a high performing team that will excel at researching leads, forming relationships and providing our ISRs and AEs quality opportunities to engage with.

Your Impact: Prospecting and qualifying new leads in the SMB and Mid-Market segmentsQualify warm, inbound leads generated by product evaluation requests, prospects who have downloaded trial versions of SolarWinds' products, and/or existing customers who have additional IT product needsUtilize internal resources such as GTM Playbooks and ICPs to connect and hold meaningful engagement with prospectsCarry out impactful discovery conversations with prospects to gain an understanding of their business needsSpeak to product specific features that connect to a prospects interest and prioritiesUtilize strong product knowledge and technical acumen to conduct effective, high-level demos before bringing in Sales Engineers, connecting prospects' business objectives to specific SolarWinds solutionsHighlight marketing collateral, relevant white papers, and use cases with prospects to generate interest and mobilize prospect to attend follow-up callCoordinate and calendar introductory meetings/calls between prospects and AMs after qualifying a leadHave a relentless focus on targets and meet sales targets a minimum while all the time looking to how you will exceed sales goalsDemonstrating a customer-centric mindset and delivering outstanding customer service each and every dayCommunicating with all levels of the organizationYour Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleTenacity, resourcefulness and resilienceProven written and verbal communication skills.Ability to meet customers' needs and align an appropriate solution to meet that needAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksBe a self-starterAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environmentFluency in English is a must and Nordic languages is an advantagePreferred: Experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving sales quotasExperience using Outreach and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and 6th SenseFamiliarity working with both a direct and channel focused Go To Market StrategyUse of SalesForce or a similar CRM systemSolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
