Job Title: Process Technician
Work in a highly automated manufacturing environment to ensure process consistency and meet key business metrics.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Interface with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
* Monitor production yield performance and optimize equipment productivity.
* Liaise with Team Leaders on productivity and efficiency issues.
* Collaborate with support teams for troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software problems.
* Diagnose malfunctioning systems to reduce downtime and identify hazards.
* Coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration activities.
* Implement technical improvements and support process equipment changes.
* Maintain quality standards and provide out-of-hours support as required.
* Strive for self-improvement and maintain an internal 'Best Practice' regime.
Person Specification:
* Strong technical ability and team player skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Customer-focused approach and good attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or relevant trade qualification.
* 2 years' experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment, or multiple years of similar experience.
* Prior experience in low voltage controls, pneumatics, PLCs, instrumentation, calibration, and Siemens Systems is advantageous.
* Experience in the medical device industry and business understanding of operations are also preferred.
