Building Services Technician
Location: Dublin 2, Ireland
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week
Overview of the Role:
This role will work across a team of technicians operating on reactive tasks and planned maintenance, as well as small projects.
The technician will support the team in providing building maintenance services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Work safely for yourself and others around you.
2. Carry out handyman duties, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, lock fitting, drain cleaning, door repairs, small construction works, lamp and bulb changes, and other tasks as required.
3. Inspect work when requested and sign off on Work Orders and close calls with the Helpdesk.
4. Focus on daily building fabric issues and be flexible to support the Facilities Maintenance Team.
5. Ensure work is carried out to a high standard and the area is cleaned up after completion.
6. Raise Purchase Orders for suppliers on Workday as required (training will be provided) and approve associated invoices.
7. Liaise with suppliers and clients to schedule work.
8. Movement between various client sites in the general Dublin/Leinster area as required (company van provided).
