Job Summary:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a healthcare organization as a HR Business Partner, working on a permanent basis with a 4-day week. The successful candidate will be based in South Dublin and support multiple sites across all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise staff and management on all areas of HR
* Lead on ER and IR cases, while managing grievances and disciplinaries with the best approach possible
* Build good relations with unions and representatives
* Sit on interview panels for senior hires
* Mentor and guide more junior team members
* Continuous development on policies and procedures in line with legislation
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in progressive HR positions
* HR experience in a healthcare, care or Not for Profit industry would be an advantage
* Working experience with Irish employment law is essential
* Degree in HR or other related subject
* CIDP qualification is required
