Overview
Reporting to the IT Transformation Manager, the EUC (End User Computing) Workplace Manager will lead the end user computing team in overseeing and managing all aspects of the organisations end-user technologies and services.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop the operating plan and associated budget for the end user computing and Microsoft 365 environment
* Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of desktop, laptop and other endpoint technologies in a distributed environment
* Work with Managed Service Providers to ensure that software distribution, patch management and other service issues are resolved in line with service level agreements
Skill Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 10 years experience working with all aspects of End User Computing services, with 5+ years experience in 3rd party supplier management and service level management
* 3+ years experience in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
