Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers. Create compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials. Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, signage and print media to promote properties.
1. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
2. Generate leads, screen prospective purchasers/tenants accordingly, coordinate & conduct property viewings.
3. Provide guidance and assistance to buyers. Intermediate negotiation process, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, incentives, legal requirements, and related matters.
4. Develop networks and collaborate with legals, construction team and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sales.
5. Generate and manage relative documents and registers.
6. Maintain accurate records.
7. Address after-sales queries & issues promptly and efficiently.
8. Implement property improvement initiatives to enhance value and attractiveness.

Qualifications
Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
1. Proven experience in property sales.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
4. Knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Full clean Irish drivers licence.
6. PSRA licence (preferred).
