Please note our offices are based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. The successful candidate must be available to work on site with flexibility to travel at short notice.Specific Responsibilities:Support the Marketing Manager with the management and implementation of compelling sponsorship activation programmes across our sponsorship portfolio.Assist in the development of an end-to-end brand activation programme to support TTL campaigns to drive brand awareness in line with Intersport Elverys brand guidelines, personality and tone of voice. From brief writing, to evaluation and selection of ideas through to implementation & post campaign analysis. Work with the Social Media team to ensure social media supports the brand and campaigns in general.Support in the setting, measuring and delivering of relevant KPIs and continue to monitor success and optimise activity from learnings.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platforms are updated in line with Intersport Elverys brand & partner guidelines.Assist with the development of creative assets and copy writing.Deliver campaigns on time and within budget.Leverage learnings from Intersport Global and supplier brands and feedback to the team.Responsible for all marketing administration.Other projects and marketing duties as requested by the Marketing Manager.Skills & Expertise:3rd Level Qualification in a marketing or business-related disciplineMin 3 years in a marketing functionExperience in the following areas is preferable:Retail brand marketingDemonstrable expertise in the area of experiential marketing, sponsorship, brand activation, PR & event managementEffective planning, scheduling and campaign management skillsAgency management skills – ability to brief and provide constructive feedback to them - similarly brand ambassadors and/or collaboratorsExperience in brand building and marketing communications ATL and BTL· Experience of Digital and multi-channel Marketing is beneficialThe Person:The ability to communicate effectively and efficientlyCommercially astute with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and embrace changeExcellent time managementExtremely organised and a methodical approach to both daily tasks and project work, displaying excellent attention to detailProficient in MS Teams, Office, Google Apps, Canva, CapCut and comfortable with data and analysisA creative flair – someone who is self-motivated but enjoys working as part of a teamFill licence with flexibility to travel, at short notice*We regret we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role so only candidates based in Ireland with an EU passport or valid visa should apply.
