Position: Qualified Accountant
Qualifications:
* University degree in Economics or Business (Accounting and Finance)
* 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance (experience in an international company is a plus)
* Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, IFRS, fixed assets, stock management, and payroll calculation
* Proficiency in fiscal matters, including tax legislation and tax calculation
* Experience in monitoring accounting and payroll legislation in Ireland
* Excellent time management, ability to meet strict reporting deadlines for group and statutory purposes
* Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel), i.e. pivot table, vlookup, power queries, etc.
* Familiarity with accounting software (Business Central (Navision)) is advantageous
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
* Ability to handle multiple tasks
* Enjoys tackling new and challenging tasks
* Job is on-site
Key Responsibilities:
* Post daily sales data in the information system (Business Central)
* Ensure the accuracy of data posted in the information system (Business Central)
* Verify invoices and supporting documentation
* Implement documentary and financial control of accounting documentation
* Prepare financial statements and reports according to local legislation and IFRS
* Monitor tax legislation and accounting standards, calculate taxes and other charges
* Oversee payroll legislation and provide payroll calculations
* Manage treasury operations (cash and bank operations), post bank statements
* Prepare various reports and analyses for company management
* Prepare customers rebate reports and combination of customers rebates and claims
* Analysis key account customers purchases and rebates data for management team
* Compile data for consolidation packages, budgets, estimates, and other reports as instructed by HQ
* Record and post fixed assets
* Participate in annual inventory of assets and liabilities
* Conduct accounting, bookkeeping, and other financial operations
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors
* Assist in the implementation of new accounting software and documentation systems
