Head of Global Project Department (GPD) - Europe Summary LEAD the Global Project Department (GPD) at Europe zone level and is accountable for the overall success of all bids and projects (Programs) by delivering the business results and strategic targets defined at EFOR ExCom level.
Represents and manages the accountability of all operations on behalf of the P&L owners.
This role will report to the Global GPD Head with a dotted line to the European COO.
Key Responsibilities: Ensures that the Group's strategy and related objectives, standards and best practices are effectively and systematically implemented.
Defines and implements the Business Plan for the Global Project Department within Europe.
Builds the team and ensures the relevance of training and development for the Global Project Department.
Ensures full compliance with the bid submission process, including all necessary reviews (GNG, BNB, Finance, Legal).
Leads all results-commitment proposals and delivery (Services Centre and Fixed-Prices).
Is Responsible for all aspects of programme management (risks and opportunities, project recovery, quality assurance, profitability, skills development, etc.).
Transforms Time and Material projects into Services Centre projects using a 'massification' approach.
Develops and improves the knowledge Management in terms of Project Management.
Is a key leader in the transformation of its own Europe.

Criteria >12 years of project management experience including ability to demonstrate experience of managing a Profit & Loss, or a Cost or Profit Centre, Business Unit etc.
