We're seeking a Sales leader to scale our team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market footprint.
This role will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building a high-performing sales organization, refining our go-to-market strategy, and optimizing the sales process to accelerate customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and a passion for building and coaching sales teams to success.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that aligns with company growth goals
Revenue Growth:
Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships
Sales Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture
Pipeline Management:
Oversee pipeline development and forecasting, ensuring consistent deal flow and accurate revenue projections Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success
Sales Process Optimization:
Continuously improve the sales process, leveraging data and analytics to increase efficiency and win rates
Market Expansion:
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate key industries
Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners Player and Coach: Develop your own pipeline of deals and assist the sales team with managing, negotiating and closing pipeline Skills and Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role Proven ability to develop and scale a high-performing sales team in a fast-growing company Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving consistent business growth Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and inspire teams Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive change effectively Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dublin.
