The MS Developer role is part of the Applications and Data Management department and will be involved in assisting with both maintaining and creating bespoke solutions on SQL Server and MS Dynamics. This role is offered to assist in ongoing initiatives, including the maintenance of existing solutions that support budgeting and planning and other solutions that facilitate One Source of the Truth reporting within the company. This role reports directly to the Applications and Data Manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Work with members of the Applications and Data Management (ADM) Department to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Analyse, build and implement effective and efficient processing and reporting solutions for use throughout the company Assist in the maintenance in existing AYINS applications, developed in SQL Server/MS Dynamics Creating and maintaining ETL processes utilising SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Creating and maintaining reports utilising SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Providing technical support to the various internal departments on all team software Produce quality documentation relevant to all changes delivered Knowledge & Skills The ideal candidate will combine deep functional and technical knowledge of the Microsoft technologies (T-SQL, DWH, ETL, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) MS Dynamics with excellent customer engagement skills. Some experience in the following technologies would be advantageous but not essential. ? SAS PROC SQL, PostgreSQL or PL/SQL ? Site Deployment ? Microsoft SharePoint ? Unit Testing Frameworks Candidates with active Microsoft certifications will be looked upon favourably.
