A leading commercial fitout company operating in Ireland with projects nationwide seeks a skilled Construction Office Administrator to join their team based in Dublin 11.

About the Role
* Support Senior Management with day-to-day administration
* Work with Management on projects and events
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Compile handover files for projects
* Record administration paperwork
* Order materials and chase deliveries
* Manage various administration activities
* Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to external emails
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years office administration experience
* Experience/Knowledge in the Construction sector an advantage
* Excellent telephone manner
* ISO 9001:2015 experience an advantage
* Team Player and ability to work independently
* Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail
* Excellent organisation & Communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office, Sharepoint
* Website administration & SEO experience an advantage
