Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong connections with brokers and buyers to drive successful sales
2. Engage in outbound calls, web-based outreach, and face-to-face meetings to build and manage a continuous sales pipeline
3. Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support sales growth and provide regular pipeline updates
4. Work closely with estimating functions to define project scope, assess feasibility, and identify success factors for securing contracts
5. Develop sales strategies, full-year budgets, and rolling forecasts to drive business development
Requirements
* A strong network across NI/UK/IE in the construction space
* Experience as a business development manager with confidence working with CRM systems
