We are looking for talented Solar PV Electricians to join our busy installation teams in Leinster.
The 4 installs a week role entails travelling to customer sites in a branded vehicle and completing the electrical works for the installation of solar PV panels on homes, farms and businesses in line with SEAI Code of Practice, building regulations, and our own internal health and safety requirements. We endeavor for our installation teams to work a 4 day work week.
Responsibilities
* Install solar PV systems on domestic, commercial and agricultural buildings
* Wire for and install a range of PV inverters, hybrid inverters, diverters and EV chargers
* Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
* Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
* Engage with homeowners and advise on works being undertaken or changes to initial scope
* Complete works in the allocated time, with particular attention to detail
* Compile, record, and submit all required documentation and photographs required
Requirements
* Electrical National Craft Certificate
* At least 3 years’ experience working as an electrician in a domestic setting
* Comfortable working on roofs
* Experience working with Solar PV (a significant plus!)
* Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
* Innate leadership ability and an appetite to continually develop
* Driven, ambitious and self-motivated, and deeply passionate about renewable technologies
