We are seeking an IT Support Analyst.
Responsibilities will include the installation of new systems, including networking setups, as well as diagnosing and resolving a variety of software and hardware issues.
Your work will directly impact our organisations ability to operate efficiently and effectively.
As anIT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical and quality standards are met while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with clients to identify issues and implement the best technical solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
Your ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various systems will be crucial.

Job Purpose: Collaborate with clients to identify problems and develop effective technical solutions Respond to or escalate calls within given timeframes Perform installation and maintenance of client systems e.g.
PCs, mobile phones Assist in development of test and repair processes Perform trouble shooting and problem resolution Escalate to the Level 3 Helpdesks where necessary, and on a prioritised basis Liaise with other technical specialists within the organisation to resolve the incident Create and update our Knowledge Management system Contribute effectively to organisational and team processes and adhere to policies including but not limited to Data Protection and Information Security Manage and maintain IT hardware and software assets Liaise with external hardware/software providers Carry out any other duties as required Requirements and Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as Support Analyst or similar role 3rd level degree or industry certifications Flexibility will be required as other duties outside those described above may assigned from time to time.
Skills/Competencies/Experience: Be able to demonstrate practical experience with a range of Microsoft client and server applications: Windows O/S, PC hardware, Networks, Microsoft Office suite and major cloud & on-premise business applications Enterprise endpoint management tools such as MECM and Active Directory Modern communication and collaboration tool suites such as MS Teams Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Defender for Identity Microsoft System Centre Data Protection Manager (DPM) and Operations Manager Familiarity with patching and patching policies of desktop systems using a variety of technologies such as MECM Exposure to and demonstrate experience with management of security alerts and incidents Expertise in network troubleshooting, with knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and diagnostic tools IT certifications desirable: Microsoft Certified Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player with effective time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Professional knowledge of the English language Be willing and capable to work within a team environment Be able to clearly communicate technical solutions in a user friendly and professional manner demonstrating a customer service mind-set What we offer: Our excellent benefits package reflects our leading edge standing and includes: competitive salary pension family health insurance (VHI) active sports and social club onsite gym Think that this is for you?
