This role may suit a senior Sous Chef looking to develop their career under an award-winning Executive Head Chef.
Maximum of 40 hours in a working week with a great work/life balance.
Key responsibilities will include: To be fully familiar with HACCP and ensure that the section conforms to the legal guidelines highlighted within these regulations.
To lead, guide and participate where necessary in the preparation and cooking of all food required on the property.
To innovate and create unique culinary experiences to delight our guests.
To conduct training with all kitchen team members and ensure compliance to hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures.
To receive stock, checking thoroughly for quality and also quantity against invoices and purchase requests, and to return and follow up any substandard items.
To ensure that the kitchen head count and labour costs are kept within the budgetary levels set and to adjust accordingly in line with business levels.
