Stathams by Pembroke Kilkenny are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our Dynamic Kitchen Team.
The Pembroke Kilkenny Kitchen Porter will provide the highest level of standards in the kitchen and work as part of the Kitchen and Food & Beverage team. The Kitchen Porter will maintain personal connections and a professional image reflective of the brand. The Kitchen Porter will actively and passionately support the Kitchen team and Food & Beverage team in achieving business goals.
The duties of the Kitchen Porter include but are not limited to:
1. Control the security of the company's stock and property.
2. Receive all goods delivered to the hotel kitchen according to company standards.
3. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the general areas related to Food & Beverage.
4. Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment.
5. Comply with all health & safety regulations, especially those regarding chemicals.

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week

Experience:
* Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
* Cleaning in a kitchen environment: 1 year (preferred)
