medizinischen Bereich: Ärzte aller Fachrichtungen, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Stations- und Pflegehilfskräfte, Altenpfleger und Altenpflegerhelfer; Fachkrankenpfleger – Intensiv, Anästhesie, OP; Arzthelferinnen.
gewerblich-technischen Bereich: Facharbeiter, Techniker und Meister aller Fachrichtungen.
Aufgaben
* Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges.
* Engage with potential clients via various communication channels.
* Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* Effectively communicate the value of the products and services to prospective clients.
* Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
* Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace.
* Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs.
* Design, present, and execute market campaigns, while reporting results to internal teams.
* Stay informed about the client’s products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
Profil
* Native or fluent in English or French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Track record of achieving sales quotas.
* Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
* Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales technologies is preferred.
* Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts.
* Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
