Job Description
It’s an exciting time to join the Information Technology Team. As the IT Labeling Technology Lead. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labeling Technical Lead for IT to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of our SAP ERP system to support labeling globally for our pharmaceutical business. You develop tools to manage the development and design of new labeling and modify standard operating procedures when regulations change.
Responsibilities:
1. Manages labeling and graphics direction and support in the design, development, and procurement of product labeling.
2. Coordinate labeling and labeling requirements with outside distribution to support business and compliance requirements.
3. Support system integration of diverse data sources and technologies used in the design, construction, testing, deployment, and operations of labeling solutions.
4. Collaborate and govern the Application Management Service team that will provide technical support and documentation and creating/maintaining Work Instructions that define labeling/graphic processes.
5. Participates as core team member on product and process projects as they relate to graphics and labeling. Provides input on capability and impact of proposed labeling along with timelines.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
7. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
8. At least 5 years of experience in similar role
9. Extensive experience with SAP ERP systems, specifically in labeling solutions
10. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices (preferred)
11. Knowledge of supporting applications (MES/LIMS) and interdependencies to SAP Quality
12. Experience in Project Portfolio / Lifecycle Management
13. Experience working with external vendors and managing virtual teams internationally
14. Fluency in English is a must; command of other languages is a plus.

Location: The preferred location for this role is Cork, Ireland, the role can also be remote (within Ireland)
