The Role:
This role for a TA Coordinator is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate to grow their career. The candidate will join a growing team and a business that is undergoing change and transformation over the next few years.
This role will:
* Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team across a number of recruitment assignments in a collaborative team environment.
* Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow of the recruitment and selection process, including advertising of roles.
* Co-ordinate interviews requiring close working with the TA Specialists and the hiring line managers.
* Be a key point of contact throughout the process ensuring early engagement with candidates and follow up to close out interview outcomes in line with our agreed procedures.
* Manage the preparation and generation of key reports ensuring quality output, taking ownership for key reports.
For this role, you should have:
* Relevant operational experience within a corporate environment, typically with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
* Ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
* Good problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise good judgment when needed.
* Ability to establish strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong systems experience with the aptitude and interest to become familiar with Applicant Tracking System.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook Calendar functionality.
* Attention to detail with the ability to produce quality accurate applicant status reports.
