Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the Off-Licence Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Provide customers with excellent quality products and services.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. Creative
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
4. Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
5. Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
6. Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Main duties:
1. Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative
2. Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Off-Licence
3. Implement and follow planograms
4. Merchandise and present the Off-Licence department to the highest standard at all times
5. Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
6. Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.
