Key Responsibilities:
* Apply skill and dexterity to assemble components into finished medical devices according to regulatory and company guidelines.
* Use tools and equipment to complete assembly of medical devices precisely and efficiently at each workstation.
* Follow work order instructions and drawings, navigating computer-aided designs, and entering parts status data.
* Conduct inventory reconciliation at the start of the day and when transitioning to new work orders.
* Maintain compliance with established work instructions and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including recording traceable information on device history records and entering data into manufacturing systems.
* Perform line clearance by cleaning and sanitizing workstations at the start of the shift and when transitioning to new work orders.
* Ensure all required components and tools are ready for production.
* Participate in self-assessment of work, including visual inspection under magnification, and provide constructive team feedback, escalating work issues and equipment performance concerns to supervisors for assessment and correction.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Good communication skills.
* Able to read, comprehend, and speak English, with an elementary-level understanding of numerical functions.
* Adhere to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing.
* Proven ability to complete, retain, and incorporate training coursework in the performance of new and advanced work procedures.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision by following detailed manufacturing instructions.
* Flexibility to work overtime to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing processes.

Working Hours: 4-day week, Monday to Thursday, 5:45 AM - 4:00 PM
Education and Experience: Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
