Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience. - Technical Skills: o Hardware Lab Expertise: Extensive experience in a hardware lab environment, including soldering, prototyping, and hands-on debugging. o Automotive Networking Standards: In-depth knowledge of automotive networking standards and protocols, such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet. o Testbed Setup & Configuration: Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting testbeds, with hands-on experience in using power supplies, oscilloscopes, and network traffic generators. o Lab Management Tools: Familiarity with lab management tools and methodologies (preferred). o IT Systems & Network Administration: Competent in IT and network administration, including server and network equipment configuration; experience with Linux or similar operating systems. o End User Support: Ability to provide technical support for Windows, Mac, and a variety of desktop applications (e.g., G Suite, MS Office365). - Soft Skills: o Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
